Funeral and cultural, two adjectives that could seem diametrically opposed.

Yet they are two ways that were opened to me and that I experience every day. Taking care of others through accompaniement, listening, availability. Knowing to talk about death, without taboo. Dispelling fears, doubts and making sure that the rituals associated to them carry some well-being.

However this active listening could not happen without artistic practice, crafts workshops, theatre : without offering spaces and entering creation to transform what is heavy, what grieves, without sublinating the ultimate pain, without breaking away from it.

Between conferences and workshops around grief - before, during and after - I maintain an artistic practice : story-telling, always through words, body, with a troupe, a canvas, collages, everything that is playing as a spectacle before us, from life to death
